Strawberry smoothie with quinoa
I do not know how it is in your family, but in mine quinoa didn’t find its way to our stomach. On the other hand, I should say, until now. Because no recipes that I have tried before were enjoyed, and this smoothie was gone quicker than I said “It’s with quinoa”. Strawberry Milk
This drink now is number one for my kids! When I ask do they want strawberry milk, every time they start to jump shouting “YES! YES! YES!”, and then drinking adds “Tastiness!” 🙂 So this is how small efforts give big joy for kids. And this is really simple just strawberry syrup with milk. But very effective! Really 🙂

Russian pancake baked in an oven
The first pancake that baked out grate. Others that I’ve tries were some how not good – too much milk, or too much berries. But this time pancake was fluffy, and tender. Only next time I’ll try to bake it in a larger form, because this time it came out very thick and that’s why taste was like curd bake but without curd 🙂 But it’s tasty, easy and quick. And you don’t have to stand near the pan.

Polenta pancakes
Somehow I baked pancakes long time ago. So came the time when I started to miss them. And I guess my all family miss them too, because these polenta pancakes disappeared very quickly. If you don’t have polenta or lazy to grind corn groats, you can use corn flour. You just have to use more milk.

Pizza dough with baking powders

Crepes stuffed with broccoli and cheese
I’m very excited when the recipe which I chose to prepare is admitted 110 percents. I wanted to make these crepes all week long, but all week I had no time to spend in the kitchen. And only this weekend the time has come 🙂 I’m very glad that I made only half portion because if there were more than four crepes I couldn’t stop eating. The filling is so light, with the gentle taste of broccoli and very nice taste of cheese. My hubby said he wasn’t hungry but ate one crepe and was very excited 🙂 The next time I will not make our usual crepes with cheese filling, but give a little bit more time and make these crepes.

Honey-Peach Ice Cream
These ice creams are very creamy, with a mild taste of honey and peach. Just we all agreed that next time I will puree all peaches, because those that I chopped became like little ice cristals and were very very cold ?
