Long time ago, my family enjoyed these meat cakes prepared ahead, but later I started to use less mayonnaise and stopped baking them. After some time I found recipe of very similar pancakes just with sour cream. So I saved it and it waited for a long time. But I can calmly say that even without mayonnaise they taste very good. My family approved them! Pancakes break easily but if I bake them small, it turns over without any troubles.
