Cocoa dusted hazelnuts

Once girls from Kaunas invited me to join small party called “50 cocoa shades”. I scrolled a lot of recipes and tried three of them, but only one was the one (others were good enough to eat, but just it). These nuts are very contagious – you start to nibble and forget to stop. They are not too sweet, you perfectly taste hazelnuts, so I liked them very very much.

Šokoladiniai sviestiniai sausainiai

Chocolate butter cookies

I chose them because in the recipe it was written that they don’t spread. Yes, it’s correct. But I expected more crunchy, and they were soft. But they hole the form very well and are really delicious. I gave them as a present in my job. They disappeared in minutes 🙂 And I was asked for the recipes.

Šokoladinis kremas

Chocolate spread

This spread I found accidentally. But the simplicity was intriguing and I gave a try. Even my hubby, who doesn’t like cocoa, agreed that it’s very good. So almost all last week at school my girl ate sandwiches with this cream and peanut butter. And today I had to prepare this spread again, because it was very good with a freshly baked bread for me too 🙂

Coffee for weekend preasure

It was the last day of my vocations… And coffee was running out… So I decided that the last cup of coffee has to be delicious and started to look for a good recipe. And found it 😉 It is simple, quick and all ingredients were at my hand. I’d like to make it today again, but… there’s no coffee at home. But weekend is beginning and I will make some good treats for my whole family anyway. But you can try this coffee 🙂

Šokoladinis cukinijų pyragas

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

One more cake with zucchini. Really great and moist. I didn”t have chocolate chips, but I didn”t miss them in the cake. Maybe with these chips the cake would be more delicious, but also more sinful 🙂
