Very quick and healthy cottage cheese cakes. You can prepare them in 5 minutes and then, while they are baking, you can prepare salads or food for other family members, who don’t want to eat so healthy.
Baked cottage cheese cakes with bran
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 133 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp. whole wheat or rye flour
- bran for coating
- salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine cottage cheese, flour with egg white. Season with salt. Form six balls, coat them with brans, lightly press with a palm of your hand. Lay the flattened cakes on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Enjoy with sour cream or salads!
