These bagels are really tasty and what’s more important – very quickly prepared. They didn’t live long – next day they were all gone, because they’re very addictive 🙂
Quick small bagels
Time needed:
Yields: 40 small bagels
Calories: 53 kcal / bagel
Ingredients:
- 450 g flour
- 250 ml warm water
- 7 g dry active or 30 g fresh yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsps. sugar
- 2 tbsps. melted butter
Directions:
- In a bowl mix yeast, sugar and water. Leave for 10 minutes, while it will bubble.
- Then pour salt, vanilla sugar, butter and flour. Knead the dough.
- Put it in a refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Then take a small piece of the dough, roll thin string and form a small bagel. Repeat with the rest of the dough and form all bagels.
- Bake in a preheated to 180°C oven for about 15-20 minutes.
