We all dream about spring, but winter is still here, and all deseases are still here. So I suggest to make this vitamin mixture and be really healthy till the warm days will come. It takes only minutes, and tastes wonderfully. Especially if you don’t like citrus fruit bitterness in other the same kind vitamin mixtures.
Cranberry vitamins
Time needed:
Yields: 350 ml jar
Calories: 439 kcal / jar
Ingredients:
- 300 g cranberries
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cm piece ginger, grated
- 4-7 tbsps. natural honey
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend.
- If your honey is hard, warm it a little bit and it will become liquid. But be aware don’t over heat it, because it can loose it’s good quality.
- Pour mixture in a clean jar and place in a fridge. Keep it there maximum one month. Be healthy!
