When I want something sweet but healthy at the same time – I blend smoothies. My kids adore them 🙂 Maybe that’s why all the time I keep a few frozen bananas in the fridge.
Chocolate peanut butter smoothie
Time needed:
Yields: 4 servings
Calories: 189 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 2 large large, frozen
- 150-200 g natural yoghurt
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tbsps. peanut butter
- 2 tbsps. chocolate syrup (I used 10 g chocolate)
Directions:
- If using chocolate, first of all melt it in some milk and let cool.
- Slice the bananas.
- Place the bananas, yogurt, chocolate syrup, milk and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!
