At last this hear I grew some rhubarbs. And baked this muffins in June, but they appear on my blog only now. Sorry 🙂 These muffins are soft and I recommendto bake them in paper forms. I sprinkled some with cinnamon mixture, some didn’t. My hubby decided that with cinnamon is better. And I, cinnamon lover, can’t disagree with him 🙂

Puffed rice with dried fruits
At first I was very sceptical about this recipe, because I thought that butterscotch and dried fruits won’t fit together. I was wrong and I am very happy about that 🙂 Dried fruits are perfect here, the dessert is not too sweet because of them.

Gingerbread house
I was waiting Christmas from September but when they came deep in the heart I was already waiting for the spring 🙂 It’s good that for Christmas everything was planned and I knew that maybe it’s the first and the last Christmas when I can spend a lot of time doing something for them. So I didn’t hesitate and did almost everything I could. That”s why in this blog before Christmas there was no entries – I didn’t want that the surprise presents were known before getting them.

Soda bread
Somehow I forget to set my breadmaker to bake the bread or remember only very late in the evening. If there was no bread the next day my hubby would be starving 🙂 So I had to do something. And have to say that hubby very liked the bread with cheese.

Tender apple cake
I still have apples and they are shouting that I have to make something from them before I have to throw them away. I chose this recipe because I had some vanilla sauce and in the recipe it was suggested to eat it with ice creams. Children like the cake even without the sauce.

Crepes with ham and cheese
It’s easy and quick dinner. I’ve tried to make crepes with ham and cheese filling before, but I missed something. And when I tried this recipe I understood, that this is it I was looking for. And the secret ingredient to success is mayonnaise.
