Very delicious pancakes. Fluffy, very light. Just melts in your mouth. When I remember their taste I’m suffused with warmth and good memories of the weekend.
Fluffy cottage cheese pancakes
Time needed:
Yields: 4 servings
Calories: 336 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 180 ml flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3-4 tbsps. sugar
- oil for frying
Directions:
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Beat egg yolks with strained cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Mix flour with baking powders, salt, sugar and sieve.
- Put flour mixture to the cottage cheese mixture.
- Add well beaten egg whites and mix carefully.
- Bake in a hot pan with a little bit of oil.
- Serve with desired preserve. Enjoy!
