Pizza dough, prepared in bread machine

Author: Aušra

Date:

We’re getting used to make pizza every weekend. Maybe because I prepare pizza dough in bread machine and freeze for later use. So when friday comes, I take one pizza dough ball from the freezer and put it in the fridge. Next day I just have to stretch it out and put all the leftovers from the fridge. But it’s an other story 🙂

Pizza dough, prepared in bread machine

Time needed:
Yields: 16 servings
Calories: 203 kcal / serving

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml warm water
  • 2 1/2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tsps. salt
  • 800 g flour
  • 2 1/2 tsps. dry active yeast

Directions:

  • Put all ingredients to the bread machine bowl in the same sequence as they are listed above.
  • Turn on the dough kneading program and wait.
  • Then divide dough in the desirable size balls (for small pizza I take 100 g dough, and for big – 300 g).
  • One dough ball leave to make pizza, and others fold in the foil and put in the freezer.
  • Enjoy!

P.S. This is how we spent this weekend 🙂 Daddy narrated kids how cartoons are created. And how we all know – learning in action is more powerful. So we made animated film. And I was really surprised that my kids could take more then an hour of photographing. I hope in the future we will be able to make more sophisticated projects together with our kids.

Pizza muffins

When me and my hubby for dinner want only salads, I know that my kids won’t aprove it. So I bake for them these pizza muffins and we eat them with the salads 🙂 They are very easy and quick, I think even a kid can bake them. The only thing I can say – I don’t know how they taste when completely cooled down or on the next day – we eat them warm and all at once.

Apple muffins

This year I can say that we don’t have own apples. So when I got a bag of apples I wanted to try something new. And these muffins are different because apples aren’t mixed in the dough, they’re on top. They look nice and taste good.

Buttermilk pancakes

So I get up and go to the kitchen to bake pancakes. Because all kids like pancakes and it’s really easy to bake.

Cookies with cottage cheese

Once great grandparents brought from the farmer market home made cottage cheese for there beloved grandchildren. But the cheese wasn’t so delicious as everyone wanted so for a long time it sat quietly in the corner of a fridge and waited. But the day has come when this cheese was used for unsweetened cookies, that tasted something between cookies and baked cottage pancakes. Everyone was happy – children, because they got tasty snack, cottage cheese – because at last he was useful, and parents – that didn’t throw away spend money.

Cookies Puppies

At last I made these little puppies too. My daughter asked to give her something that she could treat her kindergarten group children. So good mother rolled up her sleeves and started to word ? This work was only pleasure. Of course it needed some time but these puppies are really worth it.
