Very simple in preparation, but very loved in our family.
Meat cakes prepared ahead
Time needed:
Yields: 4 servings
Calories: 483 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 500 g any meat, chopped in small chunks
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsps. starch
- 150 g mayonnaise
- salt
- garlic
- peppers
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and put in glass bowl (1 liter capacity) and place in the fridge for 10-12 hours to marinate.
- When ready to bake, take the bowl, mix the mixture and put it with spoon it hot pan with a little bit of oil.
- Bake as pancakes.
- Enjoy!
