One of my hubby favourite cakes. I like it too, just we made it so many times that I think now we need a break.
Cake from crackers “Little fishes”
Time needed:
Yields: 10 servings
Calories: 328 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup = 237 ml
- 0,5 l sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-2 bananas, grated
- 0,5 kg unsalted crackers (can be with poppyseeds)
Directions:
- Mix sour cream with sugar and grated bananas.
- Add crackers and mix well. Let sit for 20-30 minutes in room temperature, mixing time after time.
- Line bowl with steeper sides with cling film. Pour into it crackers’ mixture and press well. Leave for a few hours to let the cream soften the crackers.
- Turn out the cake and decorate with grated chocolate. Of course this is optional.
