Pork fillet with onions
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 251 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 100 g pork fillet
- 1 small onion
- 2 tsps. mayonnaise
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt
- peppers
Directions:
- Flatten meat chops with a hammer. Season with salt and peppers. Then put meat on a baking tray covered with oil.
- Spread mayonnaise on the meat, put sliced onion and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated to 180-200°C oven about 45 minutes (if you saute onion in a pan at first, you can reduce baking time in an oven by half).
