Kama flour cookies with chocolate

Author: Aušra

Date:

I bought kama flour mix long time ago. I tried it in a few recipes, but cannot say that I was impressed. A lot of people say that they feel nutty flavour but I feel coffee flavour. 🙂

However, I have this flour at home, so needed to use somewhere. I even put it on a counter, to see it every day. So one day I decided to bake cookies with kama flour. But the first time I baked these cookies I messed up with flour quantity and instead of mililitres I measured in grams. Then I had to adjust wheat flour quantity. Anyway, cookies turned out very delicious and disappeared in a few days. Kids especially liked them.

This time I used whole spelt flour, just because whole wheat four I couldn’t get in our store. And measured everything in grams because it’s more convenient for me. I was surprised that I had to use more flour that it was noted in original recipe. Maybe it’s because of spelt flour. So I suggest to add spelt or wheat flour gradually and to see if more is needed.

Ranger cookies

A few days ago I thought that I baked cookies very long time ago. And my mother mentioned that she liked the cookies that baked with chocolate. And I wanted oat cookies. So when I saw this recipe I decided to make them 🙂 Because my hubby don’t want to eat sweets, almost all cookies went to my work. And I have to say that I had no cookies to take home 🙂

Cherry cake with chocolate

I bookmarked this recipe long ago. And this week everyday after work I thought to bake it, but… This weekend I said “now or never” and I’m happy to say that it was “now”. I baked it from half portion and made a mistake. When my hubby tasted it he said “I my God, you’ll have to bake it again”. The little one was crying near the empty plate pleasing for more 🙁 Good to know that I still have some cherries in the freezer, so they won’t have to wait very long 🙂

Chocolate chip cookies with nuts and apricots

The first time I baked these cookies with my daugther. They were very delicious and very sweet. So next time I used less sugar, but they spread less while baking. Here I give you proportions with less sugar because I like when cookies are cookies and not candies 🙂 By the way, when I used hazelnuts my hubby said to leave them at home (didn’t let to take them to my work) 🙂 So it says everything about the taste of these cookies.

Pumpkin blondies with chocolate and pecans

It was the first time when cake dissapeared so quickly. And even more – almost everyone asked for the recipe. 🙂 I was really pleased. So I write down here the recipe without a queue (in the queue there are five more recipes).

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These muffins are really good, because they are very moist, not very sweet and of course – they are with chocolate! My kids just love them and at one time ate almost everything (my hubby helped them a little bit 🙂 ). So we agreed that we will repeat very soon.
