Very simple salad which you can prepare in the morning for lunch. I think they are more autumn or spring salads, but when we need something to take to work for lunch – it’s perfect, even in the summer.
Rice salads with tuna
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 331 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 2 heaping tbsps. uncooked rice
- 1 can tuna
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 3 onion springs
- 1 tbsp. home made mayonnaise
Directions:
- Boil rice in big quantity of salted water. Drain well.
- Cut cucumbers in small chunks, divide fish with fork, cut onion springs.
- Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise, season with salt if needed.
- Enjoy!
