This simple salads are from kids recipe book (only one of a huge amount). But they really suitable for parents, just double or triple the quantities. If your little one is like mine and doesn’t like salad leaves, cut them in small chunks – it worked for my kid and he ate and didn’t noticed them.
Cucumber and eggs salads
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 179 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- a few salad leaves
- 2 short stem cucumbers
- 2 tbsps. sour cream or yogurt
- dills
- salt
- peppers
Directions:
- Lay with salad leaves plates (or cut them).
- Chop eggs, cucumbers and dills.
- Mix them with sour cream, season and put on salad leaves. Enjoy!
