These muffins had to be with pearl sugar, but I think with sprinkles they look more beautiful. My kids approved it and ate almost everything at once. I was quick and grabbed one, so I can say that they are wet and disappear very pleasantly. Sad but none of them left for tomorrow…
Muffins with raspberries and sprinkles
Time needed:
Yields: 12 servings
Calories: 224 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml sugar
- 125 g melted butter
- 100 ml milk
- 300 ml wheat flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1,5 tsps. baking powder
- 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 50 ml flour, to mix with raspberries
- 2-3 tbsps. sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Beat eggs with sugar. Pour milk and melted butter and mix again.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour them into wet mixture and mix well.
- Take small bowl and mix in it raspberries with flour. Mix them in the batter.
- Devide batter into muffin tins, coated with butter, sprinkle with sprinkles and bake about 20 minutes.
