These salads are so easy to prepare, that you just have to make them for your lunch in the office or for a light dinner. By the way, chicken breast boils very quickly – just boil water with seasonings, put chicken breast and boil for 10 minutes. And that’s all. Chinese chicken salads

Ingredients:
- 2 boiled chicken breasts
- 50 g fresh greens (parsley, basil or coriander)
- 1/2 head chinese cabbage
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsps. rice vinegar
- 2 tsps. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsps. sesame oil
- 3 tsps. mustard
- 2 tsps. soya sauce
Directions:
- Cut chinese cabbage into stripes and distribute it on the plates.
- Cut chicken breasts in cubes. Chop chosen greens.
- Mix all dressing ingredients and pour it over chicken breasts. Mix carefully..
- Put chicken with a sauce on a chinese cabbage and enjoy.
