After lunch I had boiled potato leftover, so I let my fantasy take me away 🙂 These arrows are really greate and cheese is here a must. But you should be careful with the salt, because cheese already has it inside.
Potato and cottage cheese Arrows
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 324 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 150 g potatoes, boiled
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tbsps. flour
- salt
Directions:
- Ground potatoes and cottage cheese.
- Add cheese, egg and flour. Dough should be soft but not sticky.
- Roll it on a floured surface till 0,5 cm thickness and cut with arrow form.
- Bake in a hot oil from both sides.
