Pork fillet with mustard sauce, garlic and mushrooms
Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 423 kcal / 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 300 g pork fillet
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 g mushrooms
- butter for cooking
- salt
- peppers
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 200 ml cream
Directions:
- Clean garlic, chop and saute in a melted butter in a pan.
- Clean mushrooms, slice and add to the garlic. After a few minutes take everything out of the pan.
- Cut port fillet in 2 cm size bites. Bake it in a hot pan, season with salt and peppers.
- Add to the meat mushrooms and garlic. Pour over cream and dijon mustard. Braise everything for 10 minutes on a low heat.
